Integrated Pumps

Integrated cooling systems with pump flows range from 30 l/min up to 150 l/min. Through extensive research and development, AKG have achieved some of the best heat transfer results for cooler size. These units are ideal for varying flow rates or pressure spikes in return lines.

Controlling Heat in Hydraulic Systems

Heat generation in hydraulic systems is inevitable due to inefficiencies within these systems. The temperature of the oil will continue to increase without adequate control and cooling, eventually causing damage to components and the oil itself will need to be replaced. The advantages of selecting the correct cooling solution are therefore an extension of your oil life, a reduction in maintenance and a reduction in the need for frequent oil changes, which in turn improves the consistency of machine output. Air blast coolers are a versatile option as they can be used in locations where water is not available as a cooling medium.
