Designed for optimised dual force applications, the GST-40 Tandem gas springs from ACE Controls offer a solution tailored for heavy flaps and wide-angle applications. These push-type industrial gas springs feature innovative valve technology, providing precise extension forces ranging from 300 N to 5,000 N, with two strokes spanning from 50mm on one end to 400mm. Featuring two pressure tubes with different extension forces and progression curves, these tandem gas springs cover varying force requirements throughout an application's range. These are adjusted and complement each other for specific applications, with the assistance of ACE's calculation service, ensuring precise dynamics. Already used in service hatches, making maintenance tasks more convenient and efficient. ACE tandem gas springs facilitate the opening and closing of heavy elements such as convertible roofs with ease.
