Rubber-Metal Vibration Isolation
Cone mounts serve as shock and vibration dampers for vehicle cabins. These mounts, designed by ACE, are capable of withstanding high loads due to their compact design and special rubber profile. They provide both radial and axial dampening, ensuring effective vibration isolation even under varying load conditions. Available in various rubber compounds and tear-proof thanks to washers, they operate reliably in temperatures ranging from -40°C to +70°C and can be mounted in all spatial axes. Featuring a unique rubber profile for shear and compressive stress, Cone Mounts offer axial load capacity, making them suitable for applications in agricultural engineering, compressors, chassis, body elements, and common mechanical engineering.
