FAB-EFP® Isolation Material:

FAB-EFP® is an innovative, budget-friendly, eco-friendly isolation material crafted from recycled rubber. Available in large sheets for easy installation, it offers a wide load range and consistent performance. With various densities, FAB-EFP® effectively isolates structures and equipment, serving applications like machine foundation isolation and building isolation. Resistant to chemicals and oils, it's used in concrete foundations, machine footings, and more, promising low deflection over its lifecycle.

Fabcel® Vibration Pads:

Fabcel® Pads, made from nitrile rubber, excel in reducing vibration and noise in industrial environments. With load capacity up to 300 psi, they boast low vertical (5.0Hz) and horizontal (3.0Hz) natural frequencies. Standard Fabcel pads have a damping rate of 6%, while Fabcel B30 pads achieve 15%. Resistant to various elements, they've been trusted for over 60 years in machinery mounting and vibration isolation. Their waffle pad design supports heavier loads than comparable rubber pads.

Fabsorb® Foundation Isolation:

Fabsorb® is a solution for energy absorption and vibration control as a foundation isolation material. It effectively dampens high-frequency vibrations and shields against ambient shocks. Engineered with a natural frequency range from 11 Hz to 50 Hz, Fabsorb® suits machine tools and shock test equipment. Impervious to chemicals, it maintains performance over temperatures and time. Developed for side wall isolation, Fabsorb® provides energy absorption, limiting disturbances for accurate machine operation. Unlike traditional materials, it doesn't deteriorate through water absorption. Fabsorb® pairs well with other ACE isolation materials for comprehensive foundation solutions.

A cost-effective and environmentally friendly isolation material made from recycled products. The material is available in large sheets for easy installation and offers a wide load range, ensuring consistent performance. It comes in various densities to suit a wide range of applications, including isolating inertia masses, buildings, and industrial equipment.

Fabsorb is commonly used for side wall isolation in conjunction with FAB-EFP foundation isolation materials, which cover the base of the foundation.
