We can supply customers overseas. Our standard terms for this is Incoterms EXW (Loanhead). Where we can provide all necessary details for the shipment for collection at our stores in Loanhead.

Typically this is subject to stock availability and where you are.

Stock orders delivered to the UK are despatched on a next day delivery service. If you place an order during the week then as soon as we receive the order we will begin this process so you can expect your order in 1-2 working days.

If you are outside of the UK, then we will contact you to arrange the shipping and this can take longer due to the distance.

If items are not in stock you will be sent a quote with estimated lead times included.

Delivery details will be provided in an order acknowledgement from us.

We work with InXpress and their major carriers include DHL, FedEx and UPS. However, we can work with all major carriers, and local courier partners if asked specifically.

We understand that sometimes special care needs to be taken for equipment. If you have a specific request please contact us to let us know and we will let you know if there are any associated costs to this.

We always aim for make sure our customers receive our products in good condition, but if you do need to return an order, email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.
