Technical Details for the ICU
MP Filtri's ICU, or In-Line Contamination Monitoring Unit, is a device designed for industrial applications, offering automatic measurement of particulate contamination levels in various hydraulic fluids. This unit is designed for manifold mounting directly onto systems, offering continuous measurement or analysis in scenarios where space and cost considerations are crucial.
With its 3 channel contamination measurement capabilities, it focuses on providing accurate and reliable data on particulate contamination levels in hydraulic fluids. The unit adheres to the ISO 4406 standard, ensuring consistent and standardised measurements. Its robust design and construction make it suitable for the demanding conditions of industrial applications. With a maximum pressure handling capability of 350 bar, the ICU is versatile and can be employed in various hydraulic systems.
