Technical Details for the PIK
The Patch Imaging Kit (PIK) from MP Filtri offers high-resolution microscopic visual analysis of contamination in fluids, providing a solution for sample-testing and analysis. This kit facilitates a detailed examination of particles under magnification, up to 400x, delivering data and results to your laptop or PC. Designed to be rugged and robust yet portable, the PIK allows fast and accurate testing outside the laboratory environment.
After determining the nature and sizes of particles inside the fluid, the kit allows for quantitative contamination analysis. Fluid samples can be analysed with an automated particle counter or a portable particle counter linked directly to the system, providing immediate results according to standard ISO 4406 or NAS 1638. Note that portable particle counters require a minimum pressure to work correctly and produce immediate results.
The Patch Imaging Kit is a sophisticated solution for fluid contamination analysis, combining advanced digital microscopy with user-friendly features and a comprehensive kit for accurate testing in various environments.
