Technical Details for the UFM 051

The UFM 051 Mobile Filtration Unit is a high-capacity solution for hydraulic oil maintenance, featuring a substantial 50 L/min flow rate. Tailored for filling and refilling filtered hydraulic fluids and lubrication tanks, it is connected off-line to the tank (recommended maximum volume of 500/750 L.). This unit can act as support during start-up for fast flushing or as an additional filtration system for high-contamination environments. The UFM 051’s three-phase electric motor set-up is particularly recommended for continued use. Equipped with a gear pump and a 1.5 kW electric motor (single or three-phase options), it ensures reliable, continuous operation with a maximum pressure of 10 bar. The unit's compact design, easy maintenance, and inclusion of an In-line Contamination Monitor make it an excellent choice for filtration in various applications.
